Returns
Pursuant to the law, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, with the exception of the costs specified in the Act, such as the direct cost of return.

In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Seller returns all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of delivering the goods.
Upon special request, you can obtain a return label from us, but at the final settlement, our company will reduce your refund by the amount of EUR 9.90.
